Meet Cameron Walker, DDS, MS, PhD
Dr. Cameron Walker loves making people smile, so it’s only natural that he pursued a career in orthodontics. From cracking a joke to applying your braces, Dr. Walker will make your smile transformation enjoyable in every aspect.
Education & Experience
Dr. Walker received his baccalaureate degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University. Afterward, he attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and was awarded a Doctorate of Philosophy in Oral Sciences.
Dr. Walker then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received his orthodontic specialty certificate and was awarded a Master of Science in Oral Biology for his 3-dimensional cone beam computed tomography research.
He continues to be involved in academics as an adjunct research faculty member at the University of North Carolina and as a part-time clinical instructor in the undergraduate orthodontics program at the University of Missouri Kansas City.
Outside of the Office
While his accomplishments are impressive, Dr. Walker considers his family the greatest success in his life. Dr. Walker has been married to his wife, Teresa, for 20 years. They have five children: twin girls, Annalise and Erica, and three boys, Ethan, Christian, and Tate.
When not at the office, Dr. Walker enjoys spending time with his family and trying to teach his children to play golf.
