SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program description. Klein Walker & Weber Orthodontics offers a text messaging program to patients and prospective patients. When you opt in, you may get:

  • appointment reminders and confirmations
  • office notifications, such as schedule changes and closures
  • follow-ups on consultation requests
  • promotional and marketing messages about our services and special offers

How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website. You can also give consent directly to our office. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or treatment.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out. Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that you won't get any more texts from us unless you sign up again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
